Tivoli Gardens Lake, Gaines Township, Genesee County, Owner: Paul Boel, 250± feet wide, 2100± feet long, 8 – 8.5± feet deep, 10.5± acres water surface, 80,000± cubic yards excavation, also adjoining lake is a par 3 nine (9) hole golf course and two (2) connected wetland fish ponds.
