Private Ski Lakes
Lake Jepawhit, Gaines Township, Genesee County, Owners: Jeff and Patty Smith, 225 – 275± feet wide, 2400± feet long, 8 – 14 feet deep, 14.5± acres water surface, 251,000± cubic yards excavation, also developed an airplane landing strip along side of ski lake on 74± acres of land.
