MDEQ Permitting
Lakeside Acres had an approved, located regulated wetland and development plan. The plan was never built. Revelation of existing regulated wetland due to extended timelines was required. This new elevation yields greater wetlands. A new plan and permit with mitigation was developed which yields a plan which met MDEQ approval and the developer only lost one lot from the original plan.
